Do I gain copyright when you create a web site? |
When we create a web site, all of the content and logos on your site will have copyright assigned to you for those parts of the design that are specific to you.
Parts of your site that are not exclusive to you "content", will be licenced under an open source licencing agreement. Which simply means that you are free to use them and transfer them to other designers, but they cannot be sold.
In a nutshell it all means that you have all the rights you need to take your site off our hands, without finding you are in breach of anything legally.
