Every web site has a name. When you put your business online you will have to create such a name.
When you decide on a name, it will have to go through a "domain name registration" process to establish that no one else has already taken that name.
A domain name can be registered for a number of years, the minimum being one year. Costs for this vary quite a bit, but to ball park it, you should pay less than £20 a year.
m4webdesign will register your chosen name for you, and will freely transfer the name to you. We will also guide you through registering the name yourself if that is your preference. With some companies you may find that you do not end up owning your own site name, and are therefore held hostage by the design company.
